  25. I remember the Price family when I was principal of T. C. Roberson. I remember Mr. and Mrs. Price and how supportive they were of the school and its programs. Your children were just great to be around; because they contributed so much to the educational and athletic programs. Your dad will be missed; but he leaves behind a tremendous legacy.

    God bless you all,

  26. Dear Joan, Jill and all,
I am saddened to read of Bob’s passing. I remember so fondly of how he brightened my workdays with his great smile and funny quips. I am sure it has been tough for your family during this time of decline, but know now he is walking and laughing and at peace in heaven.
My thoughts and prayers are with you today

  27. I was sorry to hear about Bob. I have always thought a lot of him, and remember a lot of fond memories when he was assigned to me as a reservist. Please call if I can do anything for the family.

for you and Wendy and your families
but are prayers are with you.

  29. Bob was a wonderful next door neighbor. He let us shoot baskets on his court. We got loaves of Bob-baked bread. Bob knew the history of Ballantree, South Asheville, City Politics, school sports, and so much more. Bob did a lot with his years. We love him & will always remember him.

  30. I remember Bob as a fine, very smart man. I worked with him at Gerber Products Company, Fort Smith, AR while I was the 1st personnel mgr and later I went back into sales. He will be sorely missed.

  31. Bob was a member of MANNA FoodBank’s Board of Directors. His kindness and generosity to all, especially towards those in need, will always be remembered.

  32. TO THE PRICE FAMILY…HOW BLESSED WE WERE TO HAVE SUCH A WONDERFUL MAN IN OUR LIVES. I HAVE SO MANY MEMORIES OF MR PRICE GROWING UP THROUGH THE YEARS WITH THE BALLANTREE FAMILY. MY PRAYERS ARE WITH YOU, ESPECIALLY AFTER HIS SERVICE BECAUSE YOU WILL HAVE SOME TOUGH DAYS. BUT AS TIME GOES ON, YOU WILL BEGIN TO REMEMBER MORE OF THE GREAT TIMES RATHER THAN HIS SUFFERING AND SICKNESS. EACH OF YOU HAVE QUALITIES OF YOUR FATHER…CHERISH THOSE AND PASS THEM TO YOUR CHILDREN (HIS GRANDCHILDREN). I REMEMBER MY FATHER CALLING ME IN COLLEGE JUST TO TELL ME HE SAT WITH ‘BOB’ AT THE ROBERSON BALL GAME…I AM SURE BETWEEN THE TWO OF THEM THEY COULD CRITIQUE THE ENTIRE GAME, ALL THE PLAYERS AND THE OFFICIALS TO TOP IT OFF. HE WAS SO PROUD OF ALL OF HIS CHILDREN. A LIGHT IN HIS EYE WOULD SHINE WHEN HE WOULD SPEAK OF ANYONE IN HIS FAMILY. YOU WILL BE IN OUR PRAYERS…AND MR PRICE WILL BE MISSED BY SO MANY. HOLD ON TO HIS MEMORY AND TALK ABOUT HIM. HE WILL ALWAYS BE WITH YOU. HE IS PEACEFUL NOW AND IMAGINE THE GLORIES HE SEES IN HEAVEN…THE BEAUTY AND PERFECTION. HE WILL NEVER SUFFER AGAIN AND WE WILL ONE DAY BE REUNITED. BE SO PROUD OF THE MAN HE WAS HERE..EVERYONE THOUGHT SO HIGHLY OF HIM. GOD BLESS YOU ALL. LOVE ROBIN CORN GRAHAM

  33. Sorry I was not able to be at Bob’s
memorial, Mary Ann’s mother’s funeral was the same day in Hayesville. My thoughts and prayers
are with the Price fanily. Bob was a good man.

  34. Hello Amy,

I was so sad to hear of your father’s death. Robin Graham sent me and email and let me know. I hope that time will ease your pain and that your familys support will help as well. I lost my father in law at Easter and it was not easy, so i can relate somewhat to what you are going thru. I hope you are doing well otherwise and that you are enjoying life and each day to its fullest. Feel free to send me an email if you feel like it…i’d love to catch up. Take care and God bless!!!

    Stephanie

  35. If a man can be measured by the character of his children, Amy is testimony enough of Bob Price’s greatness.

  36. My deepest sympathy to all of the Price Family. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you all. God Bless
    Emma
