Rose Ann Jones Wright, 80, passed away Friday, October 27, 2023, at the Hospice Solace Center.
Mrs. Wright was born September 18, 1943, in Buncombe County to the late Howard and Madeline Luther Jones. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Elizabeth Ann Shipman.
She is survived by her husband, Herman Wright, son, Daniel Wright, and brother, Tony Jones.
Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 30, 2023, in the chapel of Groce Funeral Home at Lake Julian, with Pastors Phillip Trees and Allen Rash officiating.
Burial will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday at Elk Mountain Community Cemetery, Woodfin.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. Monday.
