  11. Dear Joan and Family, I was deeply sorry to hear of Ross’s passing. I was out of town and only returned last night, Monday the 17th. When I listened to Pam’s message, I felt so much sympathy for you and your extended family. May you find comfort in the beautiful memories that you have stored in your hearts. Those memories will be lasting treasures that will live on and on. They will bring you laughter, smiles, tears, and joy. Cherish each emotion and Ross will never leave your hearts.
    With Deepest Sympathy,
