Dear Friends,
I was so touched by the moving memorial you shared with us online. The love you have for your dear mother and grandmother is a beautiful thing to behold. Although I know you will miss her dear smile and easy laughter, you can now be comforted that she is at peace in the arms of Jesus. May God comfort you with His love.

I will certainly miss my Aunt Ruth, her smiling laughter rings in my heart each time I think of her…as a child, I recall going camping at Myrtle Beach…what a hoot she was to be around…made everyone’s life a little happier…yes, she will be missed by many who loved her
Aunt Ruth what a beautiful light you were to our world. Your personallity filled a room with happiness and laughter. I have such incredible memories of you and Uncle Mack that I will cherish my whole life. May you sore with the angles as you watch over you beloved husband, children and grandchildren. I will miss you and love you.
Although we never met Ruth, we feel as though we know her through her daughter, Lynn. The stories she tells about her mother, all positive and loving, leave us feeling that we would love to have known her and praying the comfort that only God can give to all who loved her dearly. May your hearts be quieted by His gentle peace. In sincere sympathy, Kay and Paul Rader

Dear Mack, Lynn & Stan
We were unaware that Ruth had been sick.
She was such a special friend and lady. I will never forget her friendship to us when we moved near her on Avondale Rd and then attended church with her.
She was so proud of her children and we want you to know that you are loved and prayed for at this time in your lives.
Sincerely and with love,
George and Sandra and family
Dearest Lynn, Burt, Lydia and Preston,
My thoughts have been of you, ‘Miss’ Ruth, Mr. Mack and family so often since reading Burt’s e-mail Sunday evening. I have such fond memories of your mother — the happiness that surrounded her and the nice memories she created for all of us.
Although I couldn’t be with you yesterday at the service, I sat quietly at 11 a.m. — just praying for you, thinking of you, and enjoying photos I have of ‘Miss’ Ruth from many happy occasions –your wedding, Lydia’s birth, Preston’s toddler days, the NC mountains, Thanksgiving in FV, etc — what a lovely lady she was — and what a wonderful smile.
