Mills River- Sarah Clark Powdermaker, of Mills River, died Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at St. Josephs Campus of Mission Hospitals.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, June 19, 2010 at All Saints Anglican Church in Mills River.
Sarah's family asks that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made in her memory to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.
Groce Funeral Home at Lake Julian is assisting the family.
