Sarah Elizabeth Towe Rose, 83, of 14 Cooper Boulevard, Asheville, died Monday, November 11, 2002, in an Asheville hospital.
Mrs. Rose was born in Buncombe County and was a daughter of the late Burgin Alexander and Omega Gillespie Towe. She was retired as a buyer for W.T. Grant Co. and she was a member of West Asheville Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, John David Rose; one sister, Frances Byrd of Lake Worth, FL and one brother, Earl Towe of Tulsa, OK.
Graveside services will be at 11:00 am Thursday at Green Hills

Bob, Pat, and Nathaniel Clement are very sorry of your loss of Sarah. Bob met her in the summer of 1974 at which time she welcomed him into her home and shared her love of the Lord with him. She was a very gracious lady and enjoyed sharing her wisdom with others. Her loss will be felt by many who knew her.
