Arden ~ Sarah Dillard of Arden, passed away on Sunday, October 29, 2006 at her residence.
A native of Grovetown, GA. she was the daughter of the late Samuel and Vera Rushton Gilbert. She retired as office manager for Aetna Insurance Company.
She is survived by three daughters, Linda Dillard of Winston–Salem; Vicki Robinson of Ringold, GA and Sharon Dillard of Arden; five grandchildren, Rob Parris, Stephanie Brown, Erica Ballew, Jarrett Parris and Ashley Robinson; two great grandchildren and two sisters, Betty Morgan and husband, Larry and Clara Henson all of Asheville.
A memorial service will be held 11:00 AM Friday at Groce Funeral Home at Lake Julian on Long Shoals Road with Thomas Goodrich officiating.
