Scott Sheldon Kinsey

Scott Sheldon Kinsey, 57, of Asheville, passed away on Saturday, December 20, 2014 at his residence. Born in Wayne Co, MI to Wescara Sheldon Kinsey of Mills River and the late Joseph Kinsey, he was owner and operator of Kinsey VCR Repair in Hendersonville and was a veteran of the US Air Force. Survivors include one son, Steven Kinsey of MI; one daughter, Jennifer Kinsey of Deland, FL; one brother, Jay Kinsey of Asheville and three sisters, Cara Kinsey Burke and her husband, Robert, of Mills River, Kimberly Kinsey of Arden and Cindy Kinsey Thompson of Etowah. A private service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cancer Care of WNC, 21 Hospital Dr., Asheville, NC, 28801. Groce Funeral Home on Tunnel Road is assisting the family.
