She was one of the hardest workers I have ever known. She came in everyday ready to get the jpb done. No job was too big, ever. She never complained, never said she couldn’t get it done. If a guest left something of value behind, Sheila always brought it to the desk for safekeeping, knowing the guest depended on her for the safety of their valuables.
She knew our guest depended on her and she always gave them her best effort.
I think about her and will continue to think about her every time I grab a set of keys and start signing out the rooms. First floor was her kingdom and I am not ready to do without her.
On a personal note, Sheila, was always so polite and kind to me, when I was having a hard day, I could always count on Sheila for a helpful hand and never a harsh word was uttered.
Sheila, we love you, we miss you and we will never forget you.
Sheila was already working at the motel when I came down to it to become General Manager in 2003, and from my first day here she was one of my most reliable employees. It didnt matter how many rooms we rented or how much snow was on the ground, Sheila would be at work with shorts on and a towel around her neck. I could always count on her rooms to pass our inspections with flying colors. Each inspector that came to our property complimentd her rooms. She was truly an amazing employee and person. I am not sure what we will do without her, she will be dearly missed. Joe, may God bless you and give you the strength to get through these trying times. Sheila, we love you and miss you and know that you are in a happy place.
Sheila, we had a lot of good times growing up through the years. We fought a lot but always made up. You will always be forever in my heart and I will miss you dearly. We could always count on you to make us laugh. It will be hard to go on without you, But I know you are with mom and my dear son, Kenny. I love you dear sister.
