Iris Sue Israel, 74, of Leicester, died Sunday, November 10, 2013, at Aston Park Health Care Center.
A native of Buncombe Co., she was a daughter of the late Frank M. and Agnes Brown Spivey. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert M. Israel.
Mrs. Israel worked for the Clerk of Court Department in Buncombe County.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, with the Rev. Darren Browning officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the West Asheville Baptist Church Building Fund, 926 Haywood Rd., Asheville, NC 28806.
Groce Funeral Home on Patton Ave. is assisting the family.

t know till just now i use to work for Agnes Huntsinger an i remember her talking about Sue i think it was her neice two great ladies together in Heaven
