Teresa "Sissy" Diane Sumner, 58, of Arden, died Saturday, November 7, 2015 at the John F. Keever Jr. Hospice Solace Center. A lifelong resident of Buncombe County, she was a daughter of the late John W. Fore and Lottie Deitz Fore. Sissy was also preceded in death by her husband, Mark W. Sumner, who died in 2006. She is survived by her son, Edward John Taylor, of Asheville; one sister, Brenda "Doodle" Tussey of Lexington, SC; three brothers, James W. Fore of Knoxville, TN, Tommy Fore of Hendersonville and Steve Fore of Lexington, SC, as well as several nieces and nephews. Sissy loved her family and many friends, in addition to her canine companions, "Precious" and "Baby". A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at Calvary Churchyard. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 PM on Monday, November 9, 2015 at Groce Funeral Home at Lake Julian.   3. I havnt seen you in such a long time. The last thing I remembered about you was that you always made people laugh & you had a heart of gold. They wasn’t nothing boring about you at all. You always made sure you try to live your life to the fullest. If someone was down, you always made sure that you would perk them right up.You will be missed by so many people and we all will have that special memory with you in our heart forever. You fly high & may you not suffer anymore. My prayers are with the family at this time. I pray that God will give you all the strength to get thru this.
