Timothy Wayne Wilson

Timothy Wayne Wilson, 63, of Asheville, passed away Thursday, February 22, 2024 at the CarePartners Solace Center.

Born November 3, 1960 in Cambridge, Massachusetts, Timothy was a son of the late Frances Tomb Wilson, Jr. and Doris Collins Wilson. He returned to Asheville, his mother’s hometown, at age 16.

The best thing about Tim is that he had the ability to make everyone feel like he was their best friend.

He is survived by his wife, Rachel Pickels Wilson; son, David Wilson; daughter, Jennifer Wilson; grandchildren, Cameron, Matthew and Christopher; brother, Frances Wilson (Tripp) and his twin brother, Tom Wilson.

A celebration of Tim’s life will be held on Saturday, April 27, from 1:00 to 2:30 p.m. at Creekside Taphouse, Upper Deck, 8 Beverly Rd., Asheville, NC 28805.
