Pisgah Forest ~ Timothy William Smith, infant son of Michael and Sarah Morgan Smith, died Thursday, October 24, 2002 in a Henderson County hospital.
In addition to his parents, survivors include maternal grandparents, Howard and Linda Morgan of Pisgah Forest; paternal grandmother, Carol Smith and paternal step-grandfather, Larry Woodall, both of Bessemer City and grandfather, David Smith of Belmont; great-grandparents, J.D. and Dora Messer of Mills River, Lois Farris of Bessemer City and Florence Meece of Pisgah Forest and great, great-grandfather, Dave Messer of Waynesville.
A graveside service will be conducted Saturday at 3:00 PM at Pisgah Gardens in Transylvania County with Reverend Jimmy Taylor officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 - 2:00 PM Saturday at Groce Funeral Home at Lake Julian on Long Shoals Road.
