It was a treat to know this sweet lady and we spent hours together during her cancer and arm fracture healing time. She exhibited a thankful spirit and considered her friends and care such blessings. But Joy was her greatest treasure here on earth. She will be missed by all who knew her.
It was an honor to know her and care for her during the end of her life. She was a beautiful , sweet, and kind lady. Prayers for her family. Xo
Verlene was such a support to me and my wife, Deana, during Deana’s cancer treatments. She was so very generous and kind. She was also so much fun to be around and hear her dry wit. She loved being part of the choir and was a true joy to know. I’m very thankful for the impact of her life on ours.
Thinking of you and your family. Sending hugs.
