Guestbook

  1. I just happened to see the notice today about Violet Robbins going to her great reward in May. In October 2005, when my husband and I were in the Candler area, we visited her at the nursing home. When she realized that I was Ellis and Christine Israel’s daughter, she reminisced about the times when she and Andy were close friends with my parents. Violet was an inspiration to all and a great lady. I was also in the same grade at school with W. A.

  2. I am so sorry to hear of your loss. We all loved Aunt Violet dearly. She was a big part of our lives. She was a very fine lady. I will always and forever remember her being there in my early years. You are in my Prayers. I love you all, your cousin, Ruth.

  3. Dear Family, I am so sorry to hear the news about Aunt Violet. She was an adorable lady whom the Lord will be glad to have home at last. I visited her the last time on November 2, 2007 when I brought Aunt Netta Crowder and Aunt Ruth Robinson to visit. She still remembered me and my mother Lucy. I visisted her before that and always enjoyed seeing her and hearing her stories of our family. My daughter Kim from Myrtle Beach, SC also came to visit with two of my granddaughters Sara and Katie. They have spoken of her so many times and will be so sad to learn they can’t visit her again.
Please know all of you are in our thoughts and prayers. You had an angel in your presence, how lucky we all were to have known her. Joyce

  4. I was saddened to hear of Mrs. Robbins passing. My children enjoyed waiting for the bus at Mrs. Robbins’s house and always thought very highly of her.
