Preacher Glen and Virginia was our preacher at North Asheville Baptist Church and my dad (Barney Womack) and my nephew Steve Watkins moved on to Richland when they did. We loved them dearly and we know that Virginia is so happy to be with Preacher Glen and holding her baby. Pat will remember her with flowers as she does Glen on every occasion.
God Bless all of you,
Ruth Womack, Pat, Beverly and Brenda
The Lanning’s are part of my family tree
Dear Thelma.
Just last week I found myself talking about you and Virgie and Uncle Tom. I was surprised to find Virgie’s obituary as I checked the obituaries today. She was one who reached out to help others and many will remember her kindness to them. I can just imagine the reunion with cousin Jennings that is taking place along with many others these days. What a great hope we have as Christians.
