  1. Sandy and Family,

You remain in our thoughts and prayers. Death has a bad name here on earth, in heaven its a homecoming party every time the door swings open. All will be well. God bless.

  2. To Betty and Family, We were so sorry to read about Bruce’s death in the Asheville paper. We have bought furniture from Shipley’s several times and knew both he and his dad. My dad also worked there for them for many years and always had good things to say about his employers and the business. His name was Paul Bell. They were very gracious to us when he had to retire because of lung cancer. Please know your family is in our prayers and thoughts. I remember both of you from Lee Edwards as I was right behind you gradewise.

  3. Betty ,Sandy, Lynn, & Stuart,
    My deepest condolences
Bruce was a good boss as I worked for the Shipley family in the past. Jerome

  4. Bruce was such a sweet and precious gentleman. Your family will be in our thoughts and prayers. He and Dad are up there probably playing some golf and laughing like they both enjoyed doing. He has always meant a lot to us.

  5. BETTY and family: Jan And I extend our condolences. He will be missed.
I especially enjoyed our times together at the setback table. Just a few months ago he and I teamed up for some fist bumping wins that had us laughing together at our run of good luck. Those fun times are what I’m going to remember.

  6. Stuart,
Please accept my sincere condolences at the death of your father. I recall some good times with our fathers and ourselves on the course. We will keep you and your family in our prayers.
