WAYNE DAVID BAILEY
CANDLER – Wayne David Bailey, 68, of Ridge Top Acres, died on Wednesday, March 2, 2011, at his residence.
A native of Madison Co., he was a son of the late Lanney and Estella Bailey. He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Kathy Conard.
Mr. Bailey formerly worked at Ethan Allen Furniture.
He is survived by a son, Gerald Bailey; grandchildren Allison Bailey and Casey Conard; great-grandchild Kadence Bailey; long term companion and caregiver Tracy Smith; sisters Reva, Ruth, and Bromine; and brothers Bill, Roy, and Jack.
A graveside service will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday at Pisgah View Memorial Park, with the Rev. Charlie Sams officiating.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday at Groce Funeral Home on Patton Avenue.
