  4. Oh my goodness, Jean, I am so very sorry to hear about Bud’s passing. He was always a very special ‘Fletcher Person’ in my life as also you were & are.We all were born & raised in Fletcher, and were so proud that we were. I loved every time that I saw him down at the F & S, he would always run up & hug me, and ask me how I was. I know the pictures that he always took down there, will be cherished by everyone, who has ever gone there, and knows what that special ‘historic place’ means to each & every one of us who were born & raised in Fletcher, and we all were so proud to be here, as Bud always was. I will miss him so much & I am praying for you & your son & family. I know also that you will miss him so much, but he is in a beautiful heavenly home now & we will all see him again, very soon. Love to you always, Shirley Bailey Smith
