Wilma Wells Brooks, 94, of Asheville, passed away Saturday, September 17, 2022 at Mission Hospital.

A native of Buncombe Co., Wilma was the daughter of the late Grover and Nellie Stines Wells. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Ray R. Brooks, and her daughter, Vickie R. Brooks.

Mrs. Brooks worked for CP&L, and was a member of Starnes Cove Baptist Church.

Surviving are her daughter, Jody Brooks (Ron Rayburn) and her son, Tony Brooks.

Graveside services were held at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Eliada Home, www.eliada.org.
